Sub Gear's SG10 Regulator first stage epitomizes reliability and simplicity. Its standard non-balanced downstream flow-by piston design is ideal for divers who don't want to get bogged down with an overwhelming amount of bits and pieces, but still want the peace of mind that comes with a sound piece of equipment. The SG10 has one high-pressure port and four low-pressure ports. The first stage regulator is manufactured from durable chromed brass for years of reliable use. The simple non-balanced flow-by piston design first stage has only one moving part and uses a downstream valve system which is the only true fail-safe design on the market. The compact and low profile regulator is Nitrox ready up to 40%.

The second stage also incorporates a power-flow fail-safe downstream demand valve which is simple, yet efficient. The SG10 has a Dive/Pre-Dive Switch to prevent unwanted free-flow on the surface and to provide ease-of-breathing at depth. Regulator is a great choice for a new diver on a budget or makes a great stage bottle rig for technical diving. The SG10's streamline design, minimal weight and orthodontic silicone mouthpiece mean jaw fatigue and pain won't be a hindrance for you breathing from the second stage regulator. The streamline shape also means the experience of gear drag is a thing of the past. Clearing the regulator is made easy with the high-flow purge valve and exhaust. Regulator hose is equipped with standard 3/8" threaded end. Complete regulator weighs 30.4 oz. (866 g) without the hose and comes with an owner's manual.
